Two major items: Overturn Citizens United, and Universal Health Care

Ok, In my mind, the two major issues that we should be dealing with are a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens Unite, and Universal Health Care. Lets have some discussion here. There are plenty of resources out there. Let’s get started and let’s do something.
